What to expect when engaging with us
STAGE TWO - OUR INITIAL MEETING
We offer a no-obligation, free meeting to discuss your financial situation, and our understanding of your goals. We will determine your financial strong points and weaknesses, what income and expenditure you have, how we can best serve your needs and give you an indication as to what fees will be applicable for the necessary services. Most importantly, you can get to know us and we want to ensure we can help you see results.
STAGE THREE - OUR PROPOSAL
We will then send you a proposal to confirm that all information is correct regarding your goals and plans for your future. We will also give you a clear breakdown of fees. This is to ensure that we are all on the same page with what we can offer and what you expect.
STAGE FOUR - ADVICE PREPARATION
Once you are happy with the our proposal we will proceed to prepare a written financial plan (Statement of Advice) that clearly states what strategies, solutions and products we recommend to address your financial needs and what fees you should expect to pay. The plan will be a roadmap tailored specifically for your needs and present our recommendations in writing to you. We do this in a way to educate you, to ensure you make an informed decision.
STAGE FIVE - PRESENTATION & IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVICE
Once the advice has been prepared we make contact to organise a suitable time to present it to you. We will explain all of our recommendations based on your current situation and future aspirations and ensure that by the end of the meeting, you clearly understand the new pathway to achieving your goals. We will then proceed to implement any strategies outlined in your plan and keep you updated until they have all been put into place.
STAGE SIX - ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Making sure your needs are met into the future, we will contact you regularly to make sure there aren’t any changes in your personal circumstances, and to inform you of any changes in the financial markets, government legislation and similar, which could impact your financial situation.
